Important notice:
ORDERING

All orders, once confirmed, are final and cannot be modified.

 

Please refer to the Shop the Menu section on the website to review items available for ordering.

All orders are subject to 10% service charge. We charge a flat fee of P150 for delivery orders.

 

For Senior Citizens, PWDs, and Diplomats who would like to avail of their privileges, please call us at these numbers so we can process your order with the appropriate discount:

Delivery

All Nippon Hasha, Inc. (NHI) delivery orders will be delivered within 4-6 hours from the confirmation of order.

 

Cut-off for delivery orders is at 1:00PM daily. All orders made after 1:00PM will be processed the next day.

 

Buildings & Condominiums: We will drop-off the order in a specific location, such as the building reception or lobby guard, if allowed.

 

Exclusive Villages and Subdivisions: As some homeowners associations no longer allow entry for door to door delivery, you might have to meet us for the pickup at the gate of your village or subdivision.

 

Delivery orders are subject to 10% Service Charge. 

Pick Up

For reasons of expediency, we encourage everyone to use the Pick Up option as we have a limited number of riders. Unscheduled same-day pick-up is allowed in Makati and BGC from 10am to 11pm, in Alabang branches from 10am to 10pm, and in Cebu from 11am-11pm (Mon-Thu), and 10am-11pm (Fri-Sun).

Pre-scheduled orders can be picked up at any of the specified branches during the checkout process. 

Pick up may be done personally by the customer, or through a booked and paid for service to be arranged by the customer as well. 

Pick up orders are also subject to 10% Service Charge.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

The Order Confirmation will be sent in the form of email or SMS. It is an acknowledgment and record of the agreement to deliver and pickup the products ordered and within the delivery and pickup period specified therein.

 

For orders paid using the online payment system, confirmation of order is done upon verification of the receipt of payment.



In the event of a product unavailability, verification with the customer  shall be done via a phone call to offer a reasonable substitute (if needed) and/or confirm information.

 

Customers need to provide the correct delivery address, email address, special instructions and contact number when ordering to avoid any discrepancy or delays in delivery. 

 

The security of your account is your responsibility. Should it be used by another person, transactions are still considered valid and subject to the same terms and conditions. 

ACCOUNT CREATION

Your registration with our website means that you have agreed to provide your personal information, which NHI shall treat with utmost confidentiality. 

 

Please nominate a secured password for your account and keep it confidential. Should you believe that your password has been compromised, kindly change your password immediately. NHI reserves the right to suspend your registration should you breach any of these Terms and Conditions.

 

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders of NHI products, the agreement to which will be considered as an offer to purchase the products in accordance with the said terms.

 

DELIVERY TIME

NHI shall deliver your Order to the delivery address you have provided. The delivery time we provide is only an estimate and Orders may arrive earlier or later, depending on numerous factors, such as but not limited to traffic situations. 

 

Upon placement of an Order, please ensure that you or someone will receive the Order at the delivery location provided.



DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

You understand and agree that any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the proper courts of Makati City, Philippines. All other venues are hereby expressly excluded.

ON UNSUCCESSFUL OR FAILED DELIVERIES

In cases of unsuccessful or failed deliveries for reasons such as, but not limited to, the following:

 

  • Recipient cannot be reached;
  • Inability to contact the customer through the phone number provided, despite attempts by the delivery personnel;
  • Inability of our riders to fulfill the order due to insufficient logistical/roads 
  • Absence of reasonable or secure location to leave the ordered items; 
  • No-show cancellations; if you remain uncontactable or fail to receive the order, whether personally or through a representative, within 15-minutes from the time the Order arrives at the delivery address given.

 

NHI reserves the right to cancel the Order without refund or any other recourse to you. 

 

NHI reserves the right to cancel any order and/or suspend, deactivate or terminate your NHI account in its sole discretion if it reasonably detects fraudulent behaviour or activity associated with your account and/or with your Order.

WRONG ORDER, MISSING ITEMS, DEFECTIVE GOODS

In some cases, Ramen Yushoken and Mendokoro Ramenba may request for photographic proof and/or additional information to properly investigate the issue with your Order. Should the restaurant determine that the products you received are not of satisfactory condition or quality, compensation for your Order or parts of your Order will be provided, depending on the situation.

Order pick-up

NHI agrees to hold the order for you at the store premises for no more than a reasonable period of 30 minutes from Collection Time.  NHI shall not be obliged to provide the Order to you if you fail to pick up within the Holding time.

 

In the event of unreasonable delay in pick up attributable to you, you shall bear the risk of any damage, loss of Goods, or any deterioration in quality or change in the condition of the Goods (e.g. changes in the temperature fit for consumption). In this case, you shall not be entitled to any refund or replacement of the Goods. You shall be responsible for inspecting the Goods/Order upon pick-up and shall report any issues and/or defects immediately before leaving the Restaurant’s premises.

PAYMENTS

The transaction amount will be deducted from your account upon the confirmation and check out of your Order. 

 

You must ensure that you have sufficient funds in your debit, paypal, or credit card account to cover the payment of an order.

 

Payment can be done via Paypal, Debit Card, or Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard). Kindly ensure card validity, should you choose to pay via Credit or Debit Card. NHI reserves the right to cancel your order at any stage should questions arise as to the validity of your Credit or Debit Card.

 

Online Credit Card Payments will be validated before delivery. For the protection of both credit card holders and NHI against fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, the latter reserves the right to refuse delivery if no credentials are presented.

 

By submitting your order details, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. NHI reserves the right to refuse your offer, should it be necessary upon reasonable grounds.
